Booking & Cancellation

  • Reservations are confirmed after deposit payment
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your session
  • Less than 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable
  • In case of delay, the session will not be extended

Respect of the Space

  • The spa must be used with care
  • Any damage may be charged
  • Please keep the space clean and respectful

Important Rules

  • Underage customers must bring a signed authorisation from parents, with a copy of their ID card
  • Respect neighbours after 9 p.m (low-volume. music)
  • No eating or smoking in the jacuzzi and pool

Capacity

  • Maximum 6 people
  • Children remain under adult supervision

Hygiene

  • Shower required before using facilities
  • Towels recommended when using equipment
